Product description

In the coldest months, when we step into a greenhouse that is covered with a thick "blanket" at night, the warm and spring-like scene inside contrasts sharply with the freezing cold outside. This seemingly simple "blanket" is actually the indispensable guardian of modern facility agriculture - the greenhouse insulation blanket. Far from being an ordinary piece of fabric, it is a sophisticated engineering equipment that integrates multiple functions such as insulation, energy conservation, and moisture prevention. It is the key to ensuring the safety of winter agricultural production and improving the quality and yield of crops.

I. Core Function: Thermal Insulation and Energy Saving, Building a Temperature Barrier
The most fundamental and core function of the insulation cotton quilt is to minimize the loss of heat inside the greenhouse to the greatest extent.
1. Blocking Long-Wave Radiation:** During the day, the ground absorbs short-wave solar radiation and warms up. At night, it releases heat in the form of long-wave radiation. Insulating cotton quilts can effectively block this radiative heat loss, acting like a "radiation barrier" for the greenhouse.

2. Inhibiting Air Convection:** The significant temperature difference between the inside and outside of the greenhouse causes heat to exchange with the cold outside air through the covering material (such as glass or film) in the form of convection. The insulating cotton quilt forms a dense insulating layer on the top of the greenhouse, cutting off the largest heat dissipation channel at the top and keeping the warm air firmly "locked" inside.

3. Reducing Conductive Heat Loss:** The insulating cotton quilt is made of materials with low thermal conductivity, such as fibers, which have excellent insulating properties and further slow down the heat loss through conduction.
**Effect Manifestation:** In the severely cold regions of the north, greenhouses using high-quality thermal insulation cotton quilts can increase the temperature difference between the inside and outside by 5℃ to 10℃ or even more at night, effectively preventing low-temperature frost damage to crops and ensuring their normal growth.
